Navy Rowing Winter Team Clinics
The Naval Academy is offering training time in our rowing tank to better prepare your athletes for the upcoming spring season. The dates below are offered to any team on a "first-come first-served" basis. Please e-mail Steve Fluhr at sfluhr@usna.edu, if you would like to reserve one of these dates.
Team Practice Clinic ($750 for 4 hours)
Your team will have use of Navy's rowing tank and an ergometer room to run a team practice under the guidance of Navy rowing staff. A Navy coach will help instruct your coaching staff on the use of our 16-person "Great Eight Rowing Tank" to work on team technique, while other members of your staff can coach utilizing 28 ergometers in one of our ergometer rooms.
Payment Info: Once you have reserved a date, we will send a payment link as we get close to January.
